I have used them twice & was very pleased with the treatment & care I received. They are very professional from the office to the doctors. I was treated with efficiency & care & was seen in a prompt manner. I HIGHLY recommend them!! There is no need to go elsewhere for urgent care when we have this type facility in our hometown! Went in this morning for help with a nasty cough and was impressed, the best experience I’ve ever had at a walk-in/urgent care. Facility is nice and clean, staff was super friendly and they got me in and taken care of very quickly. Really appreciate the great, quick service so I could get my medicine and get back to my kid. They close at 7:30 and I walked in at 7:20 with adhesive and super glue in my eyes and they helped me to leave with my sight and got me fixed right up!!! Unlike every walk-in place in Bentonville, they actually treat patients, and they treat them well!! They were phenomenal and I can't thank them enough for how they fixed my eyes!! So THANK YOU!!! Anna Hudson - PA at this urgent care is wonderful! She addressed several issues that needed attention, when I only went in for one thing. She was quick, thorough and full of knowledge. Dr. Schumacher saved my life. His expertise allowed him to not only diagnose me correctly but to calmly, without fear, give me a plan of action. It was obvious he really cared, and I knew I needed to trust him because of his thoroughness. He is good with people, and he cares about his patients.
